Gilad Savion Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Gilad Savion has extensive experience in the IT industry, particularly in data communications, and data security software. Gilad's experience spans new market penetration, hardware and software sales, developing OEM relationships and distribution partnerships, and managing professional services. Prior to founding Nogacom Gilad served as the VP Sales for Onigma (acquired by McAfee). Before Onigma, Gilad served as the Director of EMEA Sales at PortAuthority and was a member of the Company's Executive Team. At PortAuthority, Gilad established the market for Information Leak Prevention (ILP). PortAuthority was acquired by Websense (NSDQ:WBSN) for $90M in 2006. Prior to PortAuthority, Gilad was responsible for the sales and marketing of security products at IBM Israel. Gilad has a MSBA from Clark University (Tel Aviv branch) in Communications, a BA from Michlelet Tel Aviv in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing, and a Practical Engineering degree from Michlelet Ariel in industrial engineering .

Ariel Peled Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Ariel Peled has extensive technology and industry experience. In 2000 Ariel founded PortAuthority (formerly Vidius), the leader in Information Leak Prevention served as its General Manager and CTO until 2005. At PortAuthority, he was responsible for product development, product architecture, product marketing and marketing strategy. Additionally, Ariel invented 20 patents at PortAuthority and was responsible for the company's IP strategy. PortAuthority was acquired by Websense (NSDQ:WBSN) for $90M in 2006. Prior to PortAuthority, Ariel worked for Microsoft where he played a key role in developing the OS2 and PM subsystems for WindowsNT. Ariel is a co-founder and serves as the President of Israel's Information Security Association. Ariel has a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion University, Haifa, Israel.

Thomas Quednau General Manager - Europe
Thomas Quednau joined Nogacom GmbH in 2007 and is responsible for the company’s sales strategy across the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. With over 17 years in IT, Thomas has extensive experience in service management (including ITIL), project management, business process management, technical administration and implementing new technologies. In 2000 Thomas formed ConMedias, a consulting organization which specializes in security and governance solutions. ConMedias was the sole European integration partner for PortAuthority (acquired by Websense). From 1995-2000 Thomas worked in various IT roles for a number of large German banks including Bau und Boden Bank, DePfa Bank, Aareal Bank and Dresdner Bank. Thomas gained a Diplom Volkswirt in International Economics from the University of Hamburg.

Elad Reznikov VP Engineering
Elad Reznikov is responsible for innovative engineering projects. Prior to joining Nogacom, Elad spent over seven years managing large-scale technology projects for Rafael, a world leader in high-tech defense systems, and for Followap, a leading provider and an innovator of Presence, Instant Messaging and Interconnect solutions for the telecommunications industry. Followap was acquired by NeuStar (NYSE: NSR) in 2006. Elad holds an M.E. in Systems Engineering and a B.Sc with honors in Information Systems from the Technion.

Marcel Sohn VP Sales - Germany, Austria, Switzerland
Marcel Sohn has extensive sales experience in the IT industry, particularly in server based computing and data security software solutions. Marcel’s experience spans new market penetration, strategic account sales, managing global accounts, developing relationships and distribution partnerships. Before joining Nogacom, Marcel served as the Territory Manager for DLP solutions at Websense Deutschland GmbH. Prior to join Websense, Marcel served as the Business Unit Leader for security solutions at EDS Germany (acquired by HP).

Joanne Godfrey VP Marketing
Joanne is an experienced marketing executive with a proven track record of delivering integrated marketing programs that accelerate growth and maximize visibility. Most recently, Joanne served as the VP of Marketing at Zettapoint, where she was responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy and programs to generate demand and business growth worldwide. Prior to Zettapoint, Joanne served as the Director of Marketing at Shunra Software where she initiated and drove the company's marketing programs to accelerate revenue growth, generate brand recognition and increase visibility during her 5-year tenure. Previous to Shunra Software, Joanne served as the Director of Corporate Communications at Precise Software Solutions (1998-2002). Following a highly successful IPO and Secondary Offering, Precise was acquired by Veritas Software for $637M in 2003. From 1994-1997 Joanne worked for Mercury Interactive as its Marketing Manager and was responsible for the company's European marketing communications activities. Joanne has an MA in History from the University of London, and a BA in International Relations from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Jonathan Skelker Director, Product Management
Jonathan Skelker is responsible for market research, definition and delivery of Nogacom’s products. He brings with him 15 years of product management and software development experience and a proven track record of building and launching industry-leading enterprise products. Prior to Nogacom, Jonathan was Product Manager at Imperva, the leading provider of Application Data Security systems. Before Imperva, Jonathan was a product manager at IBM leading classification and search technologies developed during his time at Banter and iPhrase and acquired by IBM. He holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from University of Birmingham, UK.
